Pierce Head Start Center serves the North area of Irving.   The following zip codes: 75061, 75060 and 75062 are near this Center.  This Center is a collaborative project between Irving I.S.D. and Head Start of Greater Dallas, Inc.; therefore, children attending this Center are selected, in part, by Irving I.S.D.

Children from Pierce will typically transition to the following public school kindergarten programs:  Pierce Early Childhood School.

The five Pierce Head Start classrooms are located in the Pierce Elementary School. This is part of a collaboration between HSGD and Irving ISD. The ten teachers are employees of Irving ISD and the support staff are HSGD employees.
