Although Cinithia is a generalist and will do what she can to assist staff or parents with any training need, she primarily handles the Training budget, travel requests, out-of-agency training fees, day-to-day database upgrades, scheduling training activities on Training Calendar, correcting database errors, the Training the Trainers part of the Certified Trainers Program, and serves on the THSA board. Cinitia came to us in May of 2001 from the Women's Shelter in Fort Worth, where she was their training person, as well as filling several other roles. She has an extensive background in training, which includes training our troops in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology as well as some graduate hours in the same field. |

Although Tim is a generalist and will do what he can to assist staff or parents with any training need, he primarily handles database structure, Training conference schedules, management training, CDA enrollments and renewals, college registration letters, online learning modules, and the Training Web Pages. Tim has been with Head Start since January of 1992 and has served for three years as a Site Coordinator. His experience prior to Head Start includes training and counseling. He has a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and 64 additional graduate hours in Research & Statistics and Child Development & Family Living. |
